Morning

9:15-9:30 Arrival to our checkin area (parents must sign children in on our clipboard)

                 *late arrivals will need to walk your child into our site for the day

9:30 Short Walk to Our Learning Site

9:45 Welcome Circle and Morning Greetings with an overview of safety rules and our day

10:00 Free Play

Our learning site is a short distance from the trailhead. We will enjoy free play for a while until we see an opportunity for emergent learning and guidance to take place.

10:30 Morning Songs and Tea Time

Our little ones will be invited to sip on tea with their friends. We will sing songs, learn about the weather and hear a story

11:00 Hike/Explore 

11:45 Snack/Lunch and a Story at Our Learning Site

12:00 Say Goodbyes to our morning friends and one staff member will walk our little ones to the pickup area.

                          Pickup: parents must sign children out on our clipboard

          Emergent Exploration for our staying friends

Pickup is BY 12:15 for our morning session

Afternoon

12:30 Walk to Afternoon Programming (a schedule will be sent out for our afternoons)

Afternoon Activity Examples: Group Tutoring with credentialed teachers, Gardening at the Community Garden, Poco Farm, Local Horse Ranch, Moving Meditation, Library Time

*some afternoon activities have additional fees that will all go to our hosts or private tutors

2:10 Goodbye Song and Pack up

Pickup is BY 2:15 and families will be provided with a pickup schedule to know where to pickup your child.
